The opening ceremony of the United Nations Public Services Forum was held in Tbilisi, Georgia. The event was attended by 420 representatives from about 100 countries, including a delegation from the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the opening ceremony, the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze, the Minister of Justice Paata Salia, and the UN Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs Li Junhua delivered remarks and emphasized the importance of the Forum.

At a panel session on "Integrated service delivery systems to leave no one behind" held within the framework of the event, the Chairman of the SSPF Board, Zaka Mirzayev, made a report on accessible and people-centered public services. He provided information on the successes of the reforms carried out in the field of social insurance and social security in Azerbaijan in recent years, as well as innovative innovations applied in this field.

The digitalization and proactive provision of state social services in Azerbaijan, the achievements in ensuring efficiency and transparency in the process of providing these services, and citizen satisfaction, as well as the goals related to the insurance-pension and social security system of our country, were brought to attention.

In other sessions of the forum, the development of inclusive public administration through digital inclusion and participatory governance, transparency mechanisms for strengthening government accountability and public trust were discussed.

In addition, presentations were delivered on promoting equal participation in the development of inclusive, innovative, and future-oriented public institutions, as well as on managing digital transformation to advance this field and on digital public infrastructure for the delivery of public services, among other topics. The exchange of views was held on accessible and people-centered public services, the fight against disinformation, and other issues.
