On the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of the birth of the architect and founder of the modern independent Azerbaijani state, National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the staff of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population visited the grave of the National Leader at the Alley of Honour and laid flowers at his monument.
The memory of distinguished ophthalmologist-scientist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva was also honoured, and flowers were laid at her grave.
