The official opening ceremony of the semi-final stage of the fifth "Yukselish" competition was held.
Speaking at the event, Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Anar Aliyev provided information about the recent successive reforms in the fields of labour, employment, and social protection, the DOST concept, the wide application of innovative solutions and digital technologies in the social sphere, and future social goals.
He noted that the next increase in social benefits and stipends by the Presidential Decree, is a manifestation of the high level of sustainability of the social protection system.
A.Aliyev emphasized the importance of the "Yüksəliş" competition as a unique platform for selecting and supporting promising, especially young, managers with high intelligence and management skills, and preparing a new generation of managers, and wished the participants success.
