The number of labor contracts in our country increased by 9,493 contracts or 0.5 percent and reached 1,755,802 in the first quarter of this year.
Wage reforms and the increase in the number of labor contracts result in a continuous increase in the wage fund. Another 6 percent increase was recorded in the wage fund in January-March 2023.
Generally, the number of labor contracts has increased by 34 percent, and the wage fund has increased by 2.5 times in the last 5 years.
