As of today, the number of services provided at DOST centers has increased from 160 to 162.
According to the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated December 29, 2025, amendments were made to a number of legislative acts, and two additional services were included in the list of services provided at DOST centers.
These services include:
– assignment of compulsory insurance payments in cases of loss of professional work capacity as a result of occupational accidents and occupational diseases,
– issuance of certificates under compulsory insurance in cases of loss of professional work capacity as a result of occupational accidents and occupational diseases.
The said Decree enters into force on January 1, 2026, and the two mentioned services are already being provided by DOST centers as of today.
It should be noted that the new amendments to the legislation provide for compulsory insurance of public sector employees against loss of professional work capacity due to occupational accidents and occupational diseases, as well as for the payment of insurance compensations through the State Social Protection Fund starting from January 1, 2026.
The two services added to the list of services provided at DOST centers are directly related to these changes.
