The National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population was established by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated July 4, 2019.
The National Observatory operates towards establishing an advanced monitoring, analysis, and forecasting system to support effective decision-making in the fields of labour, employment, and social protection.
The institution also provides proposals regarding the preparation of professional specialists and the development of training programs, while participating as a training platform in the implementation of such initiatives.
The National Observatory regularly implements projects in these areas. The upcoming episode of “Social Hour,” to be broadcast live on DOST TV on May 18 at 11:30, will focus on these topics, as well as the institution’s cooperation experience with various organizations and higher education institutions.
Ali Mahmudov, Head of the Department for Training Organization and Project Management at the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs, will participate in the program as a guest speaker, provide information on the topic, and answer questions of interest to viewers.
