Sustained social reforms implemented between 2018 and 2025 have enabled the monthly allowance per child for women with more than five children to increase 4.2 times, rising from 33 AZN to 140 AZN.
Furthermore, during the same period, the monthly allowance for the loss of the family breadwinner was increased by 2.5 times, from 55 AZN to 140 AZN. Monthly allowances for guardians (custodians) of children who have lost their parents or have been deprived of parental care were raised 2.8 times, from 50 AZN to 140 AZN.
Significant increases were also observed in allowances for low-income families with children under one year of age. Compared to 2018, this allowance has risen from 45 AZN to 140 AZN, marking a 3.1-fold increase.
