Singapore-based organization GovInsider’s “GovMesh Horizons” report highlights significant new practices achieved by countries in the field of digital transformation in 2025.
The report also presents information on the experience of the DOST Digital Innovations Center under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population in advancing digitalization in the social sphere, including the artificial intelligence projects it has implemented.

Attention is drawn to the “iDost” digital assistant service, implemented on the Ministry’s “e-social” portal based on artificial intelligence to improve the quality of services provided to citizens, as well as AI-based algorithms used in the e-system for disability determination.
The report highlights achievements of a total of 11 countries, including Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Iceland, Japan, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Korea, and others.
The “GovMesh” initiative aims to facilitate the exchange of experience in the field of digitalization, discuss existing challenges, and create new opportunities for cooperation.
