People from this category are paid monthly pensions, benefits, and stipends for disability. In 2018-2024, the minimum pension in the country increased by 2,5 times, the average monthly pension by 2,4 times, and the payments of benefits and stipends by 5 times.
Also, the annual funds allocated for disability payments increased by 2,1 times or 1,3 billion manats.
While these funds amounted to 1,2 billion manats in 2018, they are currently close to 2,5 billion manats.
