The State Employment Agency affiliated with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population continues to conduct mobile meetings with residents and employers to facilitate employment in the liberated areas. Subsequent meetings were arranged in the districts of Aghdara, Zangilan, and Shusha.
In discussions with residents who have moved to the villages of Hasanriz in Aghdara and Agali in Zangilan, their requests concerning employment were heard. They received details regarding active employment initiatives, and suitable actions were arranged to engage them in these programs based on their job prospects.
Employees of the State Employment Agency also attended the ceremony of presenting the keys to their houses to the residents who have newly migrated to the village of Kichik Galadara in Shusha. They informed the residents about the directions of the Agency's activities. It was stated that work will be carried out to ensure their employment by contacting the residents individually in the coming days.
During a meeting with 18 employers in Zangilan's Agali village, discussions focused on collaborative efforts to secure sustainable employment for local residents and address the personnel requirements of newly established businesses by offering jobs to locals. A discussion took place regarding the arrangement of vocational training, collaborative funding of salary initiatives, and efforts required to guarantee employment for the populace.
