The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population provided assets in the form of goods and materials to another group of residents relocated to Lachin and Fuzuli under the self-employment program.
Vusal Nasirli, the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population met with the residents who received assets under the self-employment program.
It was noted that the small businesses to be established by the program participants would contribute to improving their social well-being and also create new job opportunities in the region.
The program participants expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the support provided and stated that they would make continuous efforts to expand the businesses they have established under the self-employment program.
It is worth mentioning that, with the help of the provided equipment, the program participants have established small businesses in areas such as flour products production, tailoring, auto repair, doner shops, and men’s barbershops.
Under the Great Return program, the number of individuals who have established small farms through the self-employment program has now reached 221.
