The official website of the International Social Security Association (ISSA) has published detailed information about the international forum “SOCGOV 2026 – Digital Analytics for Smart Governance,” organised by the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
The information states that the forum, to be held in Khankendi on October 23, 2026, will serve as a global platform for promoting dialogue, cooperation and innovation in the social sector. It is noted that participants will have the opportunity to take part in high-level discussions, expand international partnerships, and explore innovative solutions that improve the delivery of social services.
The ISSA website also highlights that applications are still being accepted for the international competition “AI4DOST Social Award 2026,” which is part of the forum. It is noted that the competition, organised to support advanced initiatives contributing to the development of the social sector, is being held in four main categories.
According to the information, applications are being accepted through the official website www.socgov.az until September 15, 2026, and the winners will be officially announced as part of the “SOCGOV 2026” forum.
