Since the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population began operating in 2020, reintegration measures implemented by the Agency have enabled 884 children to return from social service institutions to their families.
As part of the process of returning children to family care, family development plans are prepared, incorporating various social support measures for families. Based on these plans, assistance is provided to strengthen families in relevant areas.
After children are returned to family care, monitoring activities are conducted to assess their overall well-being within the family environment.
The Agency also carries out awareness-raising activities and provides social and psychological support aimed at preventing children from being deprived of parental care. Over the past period, the placement of 964 children into institutions by their families has been prevented.
