Up to 4,000 people with disabilities have received rehabilitation services from the "RehaPoint" Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Barda in recent years.

The center commenced operations on December 1, 2023, offering individuals with disabilities in the area outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, and speech therapy services.

 They also obtain the rehabilitation equipment they need from this center. So far, more than 10,000 rehabilitation equipment has been provided to more than 400 people with disabilities at the “RehaPoint” Center.
