Ratio of Average Old-Age Pension to Average Monthly Salary Reaches 57.2%

As part of five social reform packages implemented since 2018, continuous increases in pensions have enabled significant progress in aligning the ratio of the average monthly pension to the average monthly salary (replacement rate) with advanced international standards.

As of March 1, 2026, the average monthly salary in the country amounted to 1,103.8 manats, the average monthly pension to 593 manats, and the average old-age pension to 632 manats.

Accordingly, compared to 2018:

• The ratio for the average monthly pension increased from 40.7% to 54%;
• The ratio for the average old-age pension increased from 45.8% to 57.2%.
