The “PeşəFest” event organized by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population was held this time in Khachmaz.
The festival, organized under the slogan “Learn a profession, build your future!”, aims to support young people and students in choosing their profession and taking the right steps in their career.
The event was attended by the head of Khachmaz Executive Authority Elnur Rzayev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Employment Agency Nihad Mukhtarli, as well as heads of local state and private institutions and public representatives. During the opening ceremony, speakers emphasized the role of interactive events like “PeşəFest” in raising awareness about the professions of the future and encouraged teenagers to make the most of this opportunity.
Then professionals gave presentations corresponding to their specialties, highlighting the features of the professions they represent. They shared their advice on career choice with the festival participants and answered questions from teenagers and their parents.
“PeşəFest-2025” will conclude with the event to be held in Baku – at “Baku Crystal Hall” on 22 October.
At “PeşəFest”, a total of 14 professions (cybersecurity, data analytics, helpdesk, 3D animator, jewelry designer, tourism organizer, carpenter, car repair locksmith, food engineer, confectioner, rescuer, barista, dental technician, and veterinarian) were presented through educational activities.
Festival participants gained useful information about developing in these professions, the required skills, choosing a specialty, and had the opportunity to communicate with professionals.
