The “PeşəFest” organised by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population was held in Agsu.
Under the motto “Learn a Profession, Build Your Future!”, the festival aims to support youth and students in making informed career choices and taking the right steps for their future.
Representatives of parliament, local state and private organisations, and members of the public attended the event.
During the opening ceremony, speakers highlighted the importance of such events in providing interactive information about professions, introducing youth to relevant occupations, and supporting proper career choices.
Professional specialists then made presentations about their fields, explained the specifics of their professions, shared career advice, and answered questions from youth and their parents.
The festival will continue at the following locations and dates:

- Gabala – October 11 / Heydar Aliyev Park
- Khachmaz – October 13 / Zafar Park
- Baku – October 16 / National Seaside Park
The festival features educational sessions on 14 professions, including cybersecurity, data analytics, helpdesk, 3D animator, jewellery designer, tourism organiser, carpenter, automotive repair locksmith, food engineer, confectioner, rescuer, barista, dental technician, and veterinarian.
Participants gain useful knowledge about career development, required skills, specialty selection, and have the opportunity to interact with professionals in these fields.
