Social indicators for January
The State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population provided people with disabilities with 11,3 thousand rehabilitation tools in January of this year.
Among them, 846 were wheelchairs (including 33 motorized wheelchairs), 265 prostheses for the lower and upper limbs, 135 hearing tools, 255 crutches and elbow crutches, and 9 corsets.
Additionally, 330 pairs of prosthetic shoes, 493 pairs of orthopedic shoes, and other rehabilitation aids were also provided to these individuals.
In total, 1,9 thousand people with disabilities were provided with rehabilitation tools in January.
