The State Labour Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population determined that in January 2026, employers had delayed the payment of social-type funds exceeding 45,000 manats to employees.

As a result of the measures taken, these funds, which consisted of salaries, were paid to the employees by the employers.

During the review of the applications, the State Labour Inspectorate Service also identified that the employment contracts of 8 employees had been terminated in violation of the legal requirements.

Following the actions taken by the Service in accordance with the legislation, these employees were reinstated to their previous positions.
