Participants of the first meeting of the Ministers of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), held in Azerbaijan, visited DOST Center No. 1.
Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan, Anar Aliyev, briefed the guests on the activities of the DOST Agency and DOST Centers, established by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated 9 August 2018.
It was emphasized that, based on the DOST concept initiated by First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, state social services are delivered through a one-stop-shop model, ensuring efficiency, transparency and citizen satisfaction. The advantages and international achievements of the DOST concept were highlighted.
Participants of the OTS ministerial meeting also visited the DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center. The guests were informed about the work carried out to support the creative potential of individuals from vulnerable population groups, in line with the initiative of First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva.
The visitors observed the creative process and handicrafts produced at the Center, and a musical performance by the Center’s trainers and beneficiaries was presented to them.
