Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Hidayat Abdullayev reported on the successes of the reforms carried out in our country in recent years with the aim of widely implementing innovative solutions in the fields of labor and employment, social protection.
The work done to create and develop digital employment services, improve digital mechanisms, acquire skills in line with the requirements of the modern labor market, as well as support access to official and secure work opportunities abroad through transparent and regulated channels was discussed.
The meeting discussed perspectives on upcoming collaboration with LinkedIn, a professional social network that brings together specialists from different sectors, job seekers, and employers on a single platform.
Collaboration opportunities were explored in creating training and skills development programs in line with labor market requirements, studying global demand for workforce skills and sectors, organizing training on best practices in the field of digital labor market platforms, employer branding and job matching technologies, or conducting knowledge exchange, etc.
