The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population continues implementing the self-employment programme in the liberated territories.
This time, a new group of participants in Lachin, Khojaly, Aghdara, and Khojavand received assets under the programme in the following areas: delivery services, small tailoring workshop, women’s beauty salon, boiler repair and sanitary installation services, beekeeping, goat breeding, cattle breeding, and sheep farming.
Using the assets provided, they have established small family businesses in production, services, and agriculture.
Programme participants expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the support provided. They noted that they will continue working to expand their family businesses established through the self-employment programme.
To date, within the framework of the Great Return Programme, 633 residents resettled to their native lands have established their small family businesses with the support of the self-employment programme.
