By a decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, several amendments have been made to the “Rules for the Placement of Persons (Families) in Difficult Living Conditions in State Social Service Institutions”.
The new rules provide for a unified regulation of the admission of all categories of people in difficult living conditions to state social service institutions, the social services provided to them in these institutions, and the procedures for leaving the institutions.
The legislative act also approved relevant document templates to be used during placement in state social service institutions. In addition, several alignment-related changes were introduced.
These amendments are important for organising services in social service institutions based on unified standards and strengthening the protection of the rights of people in difficult living conditions.
