The apartments offered for sale by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population in the new residential complex located in the Ramana settlement of Baku are fully renovated, unused, and come with official property deeds. Prices start at 800 manats per square metre, which is below market value.

These 3- and 4-room apartments can also be purchased through mortgage loans by applying to banks. Sales are conducted online via the portal ms.sosial.gov.az.
Through this portal, you can view and reserve apartments for purchase in the new residential complexes offered by the Ministry, located in the Ramana and Umid settlements of Baku, as well as in the Absheron and Samukh.
It should be noted that the funds obtained from these sales are directed toward providing housing and private houses for the families of martyrs and persons with disabilities related to the war in other regions of the country.
