The sale of apartments under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population's social housing project is continuing in newly built residential complexes located in Umid Settlement (Baku), Absheron District and Samukh District.

The apartments are:

ü  3- and 4-room apartments;

ü  Fully renovated and previously unoccupied;

ü  Issued with title deeds and eligible for mortgage financing.

They are offered at prices significantly below the market rate, ranging from AZN 435 to AZN 830 per square metre.

Details of the available apartments can be found on the ms.sosial.gov.az portal.

Applicants can reserve their preferred apartment by clicking the "Reserve" button on the portal.

Each apartment may be reserved by up to three applicants. If the first applicant decides not to purchase the apartment, the right to buy it passes to the next person in the reservation queue.

A sale and purchase agreement is signed between the buyer and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population within 10 days after the reservation. There is no limit on the number of apartments that an individual or legal entity may purchase.

The proceeds from apartment sales are allocated to financing housing for families of martyrs and persons with war-related disabilities in other regions of Azerbaijan.
