A new functionality related to vacation days has been created for employers in the “Labor and Employment” subsystem of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population (EMAS).
The “Vacation Days” function, which was added to the “Statistical Data” section of EMAS, allows employers to conveniently get information about employees’ basic and additional vacation days based on their employment contracts through the system.
The new functionality makes it easier for them to track vacation days and prepare reports. This allows employers to more efficiently keep track of vacations and organize human resources management more conveniently.
The new functions implemented in EMAS serve the purpose of digitizing labor relations, making services more accessible, and organizing their use more conveniently for employers.
