9-Month Social Indicators
More than 1.6 million citizen inquiries made in written and electronic form, through the “142” Call Centre, and via social media platforms have been answered.
During the first nine months of this year, nearly 1.4 million citizens were received by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population and its subordinate institutions.
Of these, 134,000 citizens were received by the leadership of the Ministry’s central office, subordinate bodies, and local departments, while 1,263,000 citizens were received at the reception offices of the Ministry’s central and local departments, as well as at DOST centres.
In addition, between January and September 2025, a total of 1,605.3 thousand (including 352.1 thousand written and electronic, 53.2 thousand via social media, and 1.2 million through the “142” Call Centre) citizen inquiries were responded to.
All inquiries were reviewed and answered in accordance with the legislation, and explanations were provided regarding information requests.
