Social indicators of 2025
In 2025, rehabilitation services were provided to 44.1 thousand children with disabilities at child rehabilitation centers under the State Agency for Medical and Social Expertise and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
Of them, 29.4 thousand received outpatient services, 2.2 thousand inpatient services, while the others were covered by community-based, online, and mobile rehabilitation services.
Children from this category receive rehabilitation services at Child Rehabilitation Centers No. 1 and No. 2 located in the capital, as well as at the centers in Gabala and Shamkir.
