The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population covered 170.1 thousand people with active employment measures during January–May of this year.
Of them, 65 thousand people were provided with suitable jobs, while 322 people were involved in the self-employment programme to establish small family businesses.
Vocational training courses were organised for 7.3 thousand people, and 97.5 thousand people received career guidance services.
