The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan announced the results of the 2024 evaluation of the "ASAN Service Index."
The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population secured 1st place again in the evaluation, with the highest performance (97.77%) among central executive authorities in 14 service areas.
At the presentation event regarding the evaluation results, Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations, Anar Aliyev, Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population, representatives of executive authorities, heads of various organizations, and other guests attended.
The results were announced during the event, and organizations with the highest indicators in the evaluation were awarded.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, which ranked 20th with a 5,15% result in the 2018 evaluation, achieved the following positions:
2019-2020: 64,40% result, 5th place
2020-2021: 79,65% result, 2nd place
2022: 88,48% result, 1st place
2023: 92,38% result, 1st place
2024: 97,77% result, 1st place
As seen, the Ministry has rapidly climbed to the top spot in the "ASAN Service Index" evaluations through consistent reforms aimed at improving service quality. It has now held 1st place for the third consecutive year.
The Ministry's highest result in this evaluation once again demonstrates its significant progress in various parameters, including:
• Information dissemination about services and access to services;
• Service delivery times;
• Electronicization of information resources and integration into other organizations' systems;
• Staff training related to service organization;
• Measurement of citizen satisfaction, and more.
In total, the evaluation covered 300 services, including 167 services from 37 central executive authorities, 89 services from 23 local executive authorities, and 44 services from 15 legal entities.
