The “Women in GovTech 2025” report, published by Singapore-based platform GovInsider, highlights the activities of women leaders playing a key role in the development of digital technologies in the public sector across various countries.
This year’s report, dedicated to “Trusted inclusive technology for all”, presents interviews with 100 women professionals from 29 countries.
Among them are interviews with Vusala Muzaffarova and Sabina Huseynova, employees of the DOST Digital Innovations Centre under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan.

Vusala Muzaffarova spoke about the work carried out in Azerbaijan on the digitalisation of labour, employment and social protection services, the establishment of proactive and inclusive public services, the application of artificial intelligence solutions, and projects aimed at increasing employment.
Sabina Huseynova shared her views on the digitalisation of social services in Azerbaijan, an inclusive and human-centred approach, the “e-Social” portal, the application of artificial intelligence, and how technology makes citizens’ daily lives easier.
The “Women in GovTech 2025” report demonstrates the significant role of women in improving public services through e-technologies. The inclusion of Azerbaijani women in this global report reflects the international recognition of women’s active participation in Azerbaijan’s digital development process.
