Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Anar Aliyev held a meeting with the winners of the fourth "Yüksəliş" competition, Nijat GoJayev and Eyyub Fataliyev, within the framework of the Mentorship Program.
Congratulating the winners and wishing them further success in their future activities, the Minister emphasized that the Ministry would provide the necessary conditions to support the professional potential development of the winners and increase their opportunities for gaining experience.
A.Aliyev highlighted the importance of the Mentorship Program in contributing to the social and economic life of the country by preparing the next generation of professionals. He also mentioned that support would be provided to more effectively utilize the knowledge and experience of the winners in the future.
Information was provided to the competition winners about recent reforms in the fields of labour, employment, and social protection, as well as social protection and active employment programs, and the DOST concept. The application of innovative approaches and digital solutions in the social sector and the social goals were also emphasized.
The winners shared that through the Mentorship Program, they have gained the opportunity to define their career goals more precisely and are determined to contribute more to social projects in their future endeavors.
The "Yüksəliş" competition was established by a decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on July 26, 2019. The winners of the competition receive a one-year individual development plan and a financial award of 20000 AZN for self-development from their mentors.
A decree on the organization of the fifth "Yüksəliş" competition was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on December 18, 2024.
