Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev held a meeting with the winners of the third "Rise" competition - Ilaha Bakhishova Tahirli and Togrul Alekbarov.
Opinions were exchanged on the work done within the framework of the mentoring program and recommendations were made for developing the leadership potential of the winners at the meeting.
The minister held a discussion about the project they prepared together with their mentees and listened to the proposals of the winners. He said that the steps taken on the progress of the project will be reviewed at the next meeting.
It should be noted that S.Babayev is the mentor of Ilaha Bakhishova Tahirli and Togrul Alekbarov, winners of the third "Rise" competition within the mentoring program.
The "Rise" competition was established by the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev on July 26, 2019. The winners of the competition receive a monetary award of 20,000 manats for a one-year personal development plan and self-development by mentors.
On December 25, 2023, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, signed the relevant Decree on holding the fourth "Rise" competition.
