A media tour was organized to the Social Service Institution for Children with Disabilities operated by the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.

Media representatives became closely acquainted with the conditions created at the institution and the services provided to children residing there.

It was noted that the institution provides residential and semi-residential social services to children with disabilities aged 5–18. They receive social-domestic, social-pedagogical, medical-social, social-psychological, social-legal, and socio-cultural services.

Efforts are also carried out to support the social rehabilitation and integration of the children into society.

The institution currently serves 173 children.

It should be noted that more than 1,000 children are currently receiving various residential and semi-residential services through the Agency, including 495 children with disabilities.
