2025 social indicators

In 2025, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population paid 2 bln 376 mln manats from the state budget to the population in the form of benefits, allowances, and targeted state social assistance, which is 173 mln manats more compared to the previous year.

Including:

under benefits, 529 thousand persons — 1.2 bln manats,
under Presidential allowances, 407 thousand persons — 756 mln manats,
under targeted state social assistance, 76 thousand families (336 thousand family members) — 420 mln manats

were provided with funds. Overall, 1 mln 272 thousand persons were covered by these social payments.
