The registry and reporting process of legal entities engaged in job placement mediation has been digitalised.
To create a unified information database on legal entities engaged in job placement mediation activities, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population has launched the “Job Placement Mediation” module within the “Labour and Employment” Subsystem (EMAS).
This initiative aims to increase transparency in the labour market and expand employment opportunities for job seekers and unemployed individuals by digitalising the registry of these legal entities and the reporting process related to job placement mediation activities.
Through the new module, legal entities engaged in job placement mediation will electronically submit information to the Ministry regarding their activities, as well as data on individuals who apply to them for employment and those who are placed in jobs.
This will ensure the operational and systematic submission of information, enhance transparency in the sector, and enable electronic reporting without the use of paper documents or additional correspondence.
Legal entities may also access this EMAS service via the registries section of the official website of the State Employment Agency.
