Citizens can now sign labour contracts more quickly, simply, and conveniently through the mobile application of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population's "e-social" portal.
The contract addressed to the employer for approval appears on the main screen of the mobile application in the newly created "Labour Contract Signing" section.
Citizens can access this section, review the contract, and either sign it or decline to sign. The signing process is carried out via SİMA or "ASAN imza."
It is worth noting that the mobile application of the "e-social" portal, which serves as the country's unified social registry, has recently been updated to a more functional version and made available to citizens
