Informative brochures had been prepared and distributed to citizens at the Ministry's, Social Services Agency's reception departments, and DOST centers to raise awareness about the "Foster Family" care model, adoption, and the "Children Deprived of Parental Care, Foster Family, and Adoption Subsystem."
