Social indicators for the first five months

During January–May 2026, the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF), operating under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, paid 937 million manats in social benefits and monthly Presidential allowances to 1 million 21 thousand people.

Of them, 529 million manats were paid as state-funded benefits to 505 thousand people, 339 million manats were paid as Presidential allowances to 407 thousand people, and 69 million manats were paid as social insurance benefits to 109 thousand people.

The amount paid increased by 15 percent for state-funded benefits and by 17 percent for allowances compared to the corresponding period of last year.

During January–May, an additional 64 thousand benefit and allowance appointments were made proactively through the electronic system. Since the launch of the electronic appointment mechanism in 2019, a total of 944 thousand benefit and allowance appointments have been made proactively through the e-system.
