Social indicators for 11 months

In the first 11 months of this year, AZN 6.515 billion was allocated for pension payments, which is 10 percent (AZN 567 million) more compared to the same period last year.

Since the beginning of 2025, all types of pensions have been indexed and increased by 8.1 percent. From February 1, the minimum pension was increased by 14.3 percent, from AZN 280 to AZN 320.

The average monthly pension amount rose by 9 percent to AZN 540, including the average monthly old-age pension, which reached AZN 576.

In January–November, 38 thousand pensions were assigned proactively via the electronic system. Since the introduction of electronic pension assignment in early 2019, a total of 176 thousand pensions have been granted through the e-system.
