Under the new Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, the rules for pension appointment for military servicemen and specially ranked persons equated to them during pension provision have been consolidated into a single regulatory act.

Previously, issues related to the calculation of military service duration, provision expenses, and the submission of relevant information were governed by different regulations.

Modern regulatory requirements have now been implemented, and processes in this area will be carried out based on a single normative legal act, specifically the newly approved “Rules for Calculating Military Service Duration and Provision Expenses and Submitting Related Information.”

The new Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers also includes a number of technical amendments to the relevant legislation.
