The building of Lankaran city’s No. 5 Orphanage, named after Osman Mirzayev, was extensively renovated by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. The reopening ceremony was held on November 21.
The event was attended by the Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Leyla Aliyeva, and Alena Aliyeva.
The institution has been equipped with necessary furniture and equipment, and specialized rooms for classes in informatics, sewing, carpet weaving, dance, and music have been created, along with workshops and classrooms furnished with teaching aids.
