A meeting was held between Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population Hidayat Abdullayev, Vice-President of SOCAR Ziba Mustafayeva, and Director of the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Office of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Mikhail Pushkin.
During the meeting, the successful cooperation experience between Azerbaijan and the ILO was highlighted, and the importance of the Decent Work Country Programme for 2025–2029 was emphasized. It was noted that SOCAR attaches particular importance to the application of international labour standards in the workplace, as well as to promoting inclusive approaches, diversity, and equality, and information was provided on the activities carried out in this direction.
The parties exchanged views on prospects for future trilateral cooperation and the implementation of joint projects.
