In January-October of this year, the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population paid social benefits to 513 thousand people and monthly Presidential pensions to 403 thousand people.
During this period, 964 million AZN was paid in social benefits and 617 million AZN in Presidential pensions.
In the first 10 months of this year, 133 thousand social payments were issued, and since 2019, when the electronic appointment of social payments began, 854 thousand benefits and pensions have been proactively assigned via the e-system.
