Children residing in the 1st and 2nd Orphanage social service institutions of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population have started football lessons.
As part of the collaboration between the Agency and the Azerbaijan Football Federations Association (AFFA), these sports lessons are conducted twice a week by coaches assigned by AFFA.
The goal of the project is to encourage children to take an interest in sports and healthy lifestyles, instill teamwork, enhance their social skills, and support their social rehabilitation.
In addition to teaching football techniques, the lessons also focus on developing the children's physical and mental abilities.
Children who show exceptional talent in these lessons are expected to be recruited for professional football in the future.
