The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population continues to provide assets to participants of the self-employment programme in the territories liberated from occupation.

For the first time, residents of Kalbajar District involved in the programme have been provided with goods and materials for production and service activities. Using the equipment provided, they have established their own businesses in flour-based product manufacturing and a small tailoring workshop.

In addition, another group of individuals in Jabrayil, Lachin, Fuzuli and Khojavend districts have also received assets under the programme.

The programme participants expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the support provided to them. They stated that they would strive to continuously expand the businesses they had established under the self-employment programme.

To date, 1,116 residents relocated to the liberated territories have established their own small family businesses under the self-employment programme.
