A media tour was organized to the National Observatory for Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs, which operates under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
Representatives of the media familiarized themselves with the activities of the National Observatory and observed the examination stage of competitions conducted at the Observatory’s Assessment Centre for filling vacant positions in institutions subordinate to the Ministry.
They were informed about the assessment mechanisms and transparency principles applied in organizing the examinations.
The journalists then visited the National Observatory’s Training and Development Centre and observed the training process. It was reported that during the first five months of the current year, the Centre organized 140 training sessions on 93 topics related to functional and soft skills for more than 2,700 employees.
It was noted that the primary objective of these trainings is to support the professional development of employees and strengthen their management and communication skills.
During the media tour, participants were also informed about labour market monitoring and research conducted by the National Observatory in the field of social protection.
