As of today, the “e-Social” mobile application has ceased operation due to its full integration into the “myGov” platform.
As part of the implementation of the “Action Plan for Accelerating Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026–2028,” approved by Presidential Order, the services available in the application have been fully integrated into the “myGov” platform.
Accordingly, citizens’ access to digital services provided by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population via mobile devices will henceforth be ensured exclusively through the “myGov” mobile application.
It should be noted that the consolidation of social services within a unified digital ecosystem supports the organisation of public services based on the “one-stop-shop” principle, promotes efficient use of digital resources and optimisation of technological infrastructure, and ensures more proactive and effective service delivery.
