A total of 44 individuals who had been unlawfully dismissed were reinstated to their previous jobs.
During January–March, the State Labour Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population identified that the payment of 200,742 manats in social-related payments to employees had been delayed by employers.
As a result of the measures taken, the mentioned funds were paid to employees by the employers. Of these funds, 87 percent consisted of wages, while the remaining portion included compensation for damages, benefits, and other payments.
During the investigation of complaints, the State Labour Inspectorate Service also determined that the employment contracts of 44 employees had been terminated in violation of legal requirements.
As a result of the measures taken by the Service in accordance with legislation, those employees were reinstated to their previous positions.
