The Supervisory Board of the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population held its regular meeting.
Anar Aliyev, Chair of the Supervisory Board and Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population, noted that work to expand the network of DOST centers established pursuant to the Order signed by President Mr. Ilham Aliyev on August 9, 2018, has continued this year as well. It was noted that this year, the Regional DOST Center in Nakhchivan city and the DOST Reception Departments in Tartar, Neftchala and Imishli have also been commissioned.
It was emphasized that, based on the DOST concept initiated by First Vice-President Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva, public social services are provided through a “one-stop shop” in a transparent and prompt manner, in line with citizen satisfaction. During the period elapsed in 2026, the level of citizen satisfaction with DOST services was 99.2 percent.
There are currently eight DOST centers, four DOST Reception Departments and three DOST service points operating in the country, and work to expand the DOST services infrastructure will continue in the period ahead.
At the meeting, Farid Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency, gave a presentation on the Agency’s activities this year, the services provided to citizens at DOST centers, the application of innovative digital solutions, and the targets set.
The work carried out in the Agency’s areas of activity and the tasks ahead were discussed.
